TOKE and RESTORE

I am excited for you to join me on this journey to deepen your Restorative practice.  This unique class is ideal if you love Restorative Yoga and Cannabis. Let’s put them together, together!!


Here is what you need to know:


WHEN: Tuesday Evenings 8-10 pm

COST: $20-30 per person, per class (sliding scale during these difficult times)


Restorative Yoga

-you need Zoom and wifi (download before the class)

-Yoga Mat or Rug, blanket, towel

-comfy, warm clothes, blanket

-pillows, cushions from the couch, bolsters, blocks, books or folded blankets, eye pillow or eye mask.  Imagine how you would support your poses in class and find things around the house that work!

- Chill music, essential oils if you like, a quiet restful space



Cannabis

-choose your preferred method of ingestion and prepare to use it.  We will aim for it to take effect by 8:15 pm, so you can vape/smoke while on the call, OR take your oil beforehand aiming for it to be in effect by 8:15 pm.

-set your intention for your practice (reduce stress, sleep better, calm a busy mind, physical pain, deep spiritual connection, remaining present, dreaming)

-intentionally, mindfully choose your strain - we can talk more about this in the class each week. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to help with this.



Sharing 

Upon our opening circle, I am hoping you will be up for sharing your intention and the cannabis strain and method of ingestion you have chosen.  Bring a journal to your mat, so you can jot notes down, as we will be learning from each other. I will also be sharing tips and tricks (from an MCE perspective) to optimize your cannabis medicine.  Upon finishing our 75-minute practice we will have an “optional” share! It will be wonderful to share our experience with each other! OR, if you are feeling super sleepy and need to crawl into bed, that works too!

Melt Your Stress 
Restorative Yoga

Spend 75 minutes re-setting your nervous system! This practice is restful and aids with stress, sleep, anxiety and healing.  This is also a wonderful practice to keep you connected to your Yoga practice if you are working through an injury. Find peace, calm and deep rest within this class.  This form of Yoga is designed for you to fully relax the entire body by using props. Restorative Yoga is known to help slow down the pace of life and encourages mindfulness. Meditation will be added to this class to add depth to a mindfulness based practice.  Often students feel rested, relaxed and sleep great!

Gentle Yoga

Get your body moving with this uplifting yet slow and gentle class. Gentle Yoga is designed for those with some yoga experience to seasoned yogis; anyone looking to mindfully move in connection with breath. Class will begin with a pranayama practice (breathwork) or a meditation, followed by a slow and gentle practice.  Each pose will be mindfully practiced encouraging strength and stability - by the end you’ll be leaving feeling open, joyful and strong. Modifications are always offered so don’t miss out if you’re looking to getting back to a yoga practice.

Family Yoga

Welcome to Family Yoga


We move and breathe together with kid friendly language. Let me lead the kiddos so you can take break!  We stomp, and shake and wiggle and breathe while we move.  No need to worry if the kids will talk or giggle, in fact they will!  Your fam jam will  leave feeling balanced, grounded and possibly a little calmer!
